Studied art in the UK first at Plymouth College of Art and Design and then at Exeter College of Art and Design before taking a printmaking tutor position at the Edna Manley School for the Visual Arts in 1981. Since 1987Jeffersonhas been living and working inNew Castle, St. Andrew.
Jeffersonhas had 14 solo shows in bothJamaicaand abroad and is a regular contributor to the National Gallery Exhibition and is a gold, silver and bronze medalist in the National Fine Arts competition.
